With COVID-19 and stay at home orders, I'm looking to drop 16 lbs over the next 16 weeks -- from 181 down to 165.
I tried an intermittent fasting diet last year for a few months with moderate success. This year I'll try to track calories a little better and stay more disciplined with my eating and drinking. It should be a little easier since I'll be buying my own food and won't be socially pressured to drink as much. Also, I have a FitBit now!
It seems like I have a few friends interested in doing the same, so hopefully we'll be able to keep eachother accountable.
I plan on working with calisthenics and eating at a 500 calorie deficit every day. I just picked up a pullup bar and I have some resistance bands from my recent Japan trip.
