The good news is that of the 2.6 lbs of weight I've dropped, only 1.2 lbs of it was muscle mass, meaning my slower cut has retained a greater percent of my muscle. Previously 60-80% of my lost weight was in muscle mass, this time its closer to 45%.
The 3 weeks following the first week, I've dropped 0.5% bodyfat and 4lbs overall which is about the rate I'm looking for. At this rate I'll be able to get to 167 lbs and under 12% bodyfat in 6 weeks. I might pivot to a lean bulk if I'm feeling undersized by then.

It hasn't been too hard. Coffee in the morning and chamomille tea at night has helped ease my hunger outside of my eating window. It's been easy to track calories during my window and it's been easy to eat at a deficit when I'm not snacking at night.
