From the overwhelming positivity of my east-coast friends and the strangers I've met, to the artistic and hustle-hard inspiration I get from wandering the streets of lower Manhattan, I can't imagine a better place to live.
Last year, my weight loss was all over the place. I crash dieted, I binged, I hit plateaus, and it wasn't sustainable. This year I've been able to stay consistent and keep myself motivated, all because I've been **better** at tracking calories.
Over my cutting phase, I ate.. Deep Dish Pizza, Ice Cream, Oreoes, Cheesecake, Carrot Cake, Sponge Cake, Coffee Cake, Cookies, Chips, Chocolate, Cheeseburgers, Mango with Sticky Rice (my favorite dessert in the world), and a ton of other things considered "unhealthy".
Success! I was able to drop 17 lbs in 17 weeks (181 -> 164) and even got featured on a fitness YouTuber's before and after video!
With COVID-19 and stay at home orders, I'm looking to drop 16 lbs over the next 16 weeks -- from 181 down to 165.
